Custom Countertop Fabrication Process
The very first step in getting custom made countertops for your home is choosing which material you would like to work with. Depending on your taste and budget, all design choices can be made with one of our surface specialists.
- Choose Your Material - From Granite to Dekton, browse our available selections today.
- Template: To provide our clients with accurate pricing, we make sure we have the most accurate measurements. A template is scheduled for our technician to come and measure.
- Slab Approval: Once material is delivered or is in stock, a slab approval is requested to make sure the material looks satisfactory. Sometimes the material photos vary from the actual material because no two slabs look exactly the same.
- Layout Approval: A layout is requested to make sure the seam placement, if there is one, is satisfactory.
- Cutting The Material: If the slab & layout are approved, the cutting process can begin!
- Fabrication: While we are fabricating your custom made kitchen countertops, we will make sure to cut for any holes, undermounts, cooktops and any custom work.
- Polishing/Sealing: The material is then run under our polishing CNC machine and we hand polish what the machine cannot. When the material is polished, we then apply our sealer (natural materials only).
- Installation: We offer a full installation service of all our custom made countertops!
