Today, we are featuring a new surface that we installed for our front office! We took off an old stone that we no longer carried & replaced it with a cream patterned Genesis granite to complement the base cabinets of the desk.
We installed this granite in a half bullnose edge with a 1 inch radius, giving it just enough of a comfortable curve for busy areas such as this one.
Granite is a unique, naturally occurring stone that can withstand the tests of time. With hundreds of different patterns and incredible colors, granite has always been a favorite for kitchens and baths. Depending on the color, granite can be extremely durable and non-staining. The darker the stone, the more reliable it is. This stone disperses heat incredibly well because of how naturally porous it is, which makes it the perfect stone for a kitchen. Genesis Granite is a natual stone that displays warm greys and browns with flecks of cream, cranberry and black on a beige base. It’s perfect for a space with windows or lighter walls.
